Our properties are located in Navarre, Florida off of Resort Street. The exact address location will be provided to you before your stay.

Each property has a base price, and the price depends on the time of year. But rest assured you'll get the best price right here through direct booking. Check out our properties to see what dates are still available!

Check-in times and check-out times for both of our stay experiences are as follows.

Luxury Suite
Check-in: 3:00pm - 11:00 pm
Check-out: before 10:00 am

Three Palms
Check-in: after 4:00 pm
Check-out: before 10:00 am

We offer early check-ins for a small fee. If you are interested, just ask us!

High-speed fiber optic WiFi is available in both our Luxury Suite stay and Three Palms stay. Our guests usually enjoy streaming movies, playing games in the evenings or working remote.

Visiting Navarre can be done any time of the year. Since we are located in the northern Panhandle, we experience some distinct seasonal weather depending on the month. Summer months are usually hot and muggy - great for the classic Florida experience. Fall is warm, but not quite so warm. Winters are cool (bring a light jacket) but excellent for exploring and walking the beach. Spring is a lovely time to see new growth and greenery, with warming temperatures. We provide complimentary beach equipment for use by our guests. This way, you don't have to rent these from a third-party company. Umbrellas, beach chairs and a Igloo cooler are provided.

Our Three Palms stay is an excellent option if you have children, as we can host up to 6 people. Our Luxury Suite is designed for 2.

We offer a full refund 60 days before your check-in date. Within 60 days, we offer you a 50% refund. Within 14 days, there are no refunds.

However, since real life happens, and since you are booking directly from us, we will take it on a case-by-case basis with refunds. And we are reasonable people. 🙂
